Last night fight was crazy...I expected to see more rounds then what i watched...But oh well it was a gud FIGHT...First round was good Second was coming along well then all of a sudden fight WAS over ...WOW..I was just warming up my pizza and chillin with family to see the fight and the fight was OVER..lmao
Well anyways its a Great day.. Sun is shinning and i am relaxing watching T.V..
About to jog for about 30mins and get ready for MONDAY WORKOUT....

I was at Cherry Creek Radio a.k.a KONA  in Pasco this afternoon. Chillaxin at their BBQ, eating all the cupcakes making plans, I had a blast..

Getting ready for the Halos & Wings 5k race tomorrow at Howard Amon Park in Richland..I'm excited, but I would be lying if I said I wasnt just a little nervous!
